WE DO

Our goal is to continue to support Honey Creek with your generosity.

 

One hundred percent (100%) of all donations will go directly to materials and initiatives that insure not only the ongoing survival of Honey Creek Community School, but its continued success.  All funding will be spent in a manner that is consistent with the strategic plan of Honey Creek Community School.

CURRENT PROJECTS​

Middle School Camp Scholarship Fund

• Students build confidence and make memories during their week at Camp Tamarack. 

• In 2024, Honey Creek Community School awarded $10,000 in scholarships—and now we need your help to replenish these funds.

• A $50 donation will subsidize a portion of the cost for one camper. 

• A $300 donation will cover the entire cost of camp for one camper. 

 

Literacy PowerHour

• After-school literacy tutoring for students who benefit from targeted support

• Qualified tutors provide literacy skills support in small groups and 1:1

• All donations go to our talented teachers

• $65 supports one session of tutoring for 3-4 children

• $130 supports one session of tutoring for 6-8 children

During the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Foundation provided funds for the school to purchase 40 Chromebooks, ensuring that every student was able to have a device to participate in remote learning.
